I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I just picked up my grandkids for the first time. I understand it’s during covid. But grandson shoes untied. Both of them. Snot on his face and a diaper full of crusty around the edges poop. Which means it’s been simmering. Now I see why it’s under lock and key.
