The staff at Imagination Station go above and beyond.

My child attends white bluff imagination station and has now for 5 years. All the teachers and owner are excellent and go above and beyond for all the kids there. They treat them as there own. My child is sad to leave. He even wants to go on the weekends. Because they spoil every kid there. Check them out. Best daycare in Dickson county 

My son used to love this place. We did too. That is until the owner threatened us. We brought to their attention an injury our son came home with (matted dried blood on his head coming from a gouge) with the intention of notifying them it had happened and what he said happened (another friend there hit him). I wasn't mad about it as accidents and injuries sometimes happen. It wasn't brought to their attention to place blame or even in anger. I was immediately met with a defensive attitude which didn't feel quite right. It quickly turned into accusations from the owner of how I complain a lot (apparently asking where his jacket was, informing them of someone unsafely blocking the parking lot and helping them with knowledge of how to put on my son's cloth diapers without leaving indents on him is complaining) and how it must have happened at home. It then escalated into the owner screaming and cussing at myself and my other half without allowing me to finish any sentences in order to diffuse her anger which shouldn't be my responsibility. This just tells me that my son is not safe there. I will never NOT speak up for the safety of my child. This doesn't include an incident that occurred in August 2020 in which I witnessed a worker jerking my then 2 year old son up by his arm and lifting him by one arm to the grass. But, they handled it professionally then only to throw it back in my face when I brought up his 5mm gouge in his skull that he came home with.

This place is excellent. My son has gone there since 6 months and my experience has been excellent he is now five and about to enter School and they have taught him his ABCs and numbers past 20 as well as other basic skills needed to know to go to school. Also all of the teachers and owner are fabulous . They are also really good on hygiene. Bobby is excellent on washing his hands now. Thank you imagination station. You rock!
