My grandson has been going to this daycare for 3 years since he was and infant. I just started dropping him off and picking him up. For the most part I feel they do a really good job. Except there is some inconsistency with the parents and grandparents. I specifically asked Ms. Denise when I started picking him up what is the latest is. I was told 6pm. Why would i make that up? The 1 time i get there at 5:35 she calls his mother yelling at her wanting to know where she is so she calls us. Why not call us to begin with? You know who pucks him up. Then tells me she never told me 6pm. Then has a bottle of hand sanitizer for us to sanitize our hands before we enter. Well, she yelled at my grandson for using it so i thought maybe he was not suppose to use that one so i wouldnt let him. Then she told me a few days later that i have to put it on his hands. Okay no problem. Then she goes to his mother and tells her can you tell his grandmother that she needs to use the hand sanitizer on him. I thought we already settled this and why are you going and trying to cause drama between everyone. So NOT profession! Then she calls my grandsons mother and blames her for all the miscommunication. This is your daycare center. When i ask you specifically. I am expecting to get the proper answer. Btw, I recorded our last conversation. There will NOT be anymore lies. Keep the drama in your own damn family.
