How is it possible that there is a registered sex offender convicted of exposing genitals to a child (Declan Micheal Rosendahl who lives at 1713 Hughitt Ave) allowed to live this close to this daycare? https://www.sheriffofdouglascountywi.org/sex_offender_view.php?id=135
