Cisneros Family Child Care

Cisnero’s family daycare is a Godsend for our family. My son has been going there for a year and they’ve been amazing at communication, support, and professionalism. My husband and I both love this daycare and absolutely trust them to ensure our son stays safe and has a fun time learning and playing alongside other children. They truly go above and beyond with their service.

I have used cisneros family child care for more then 6 years I live walking distance from the facility I wanted a place that was near my house in case of a emergency before I had my child I would see someone always cleaning the out side of the facility I could see that they kept it clean. when I got pregnant I search many locations in the area I went to do a tour by my self I liked that I could see that kids playing and they all look happy they have a HUGE play ground with so many toys and play sets and is so beautiful you can see that they care for the facility it was clean and all the equipment they have surprised me. I still looked around I'm a parent that does research it was my first child I wanted to ensure the place I choose I was comfortable I did a second tour I took my husband with me to see if he liked it as new parents I had so many questions and Miss. Valerie sat down with us and answer each one I love that they have a strict policy about sick children they must stay home. Now my child is 6 years old and he loves it he is top of his class when he went to kindergarden the teacher ask me if he went to a preschool because he all ready knew his numbers alphabet shapes and colors and was able to write his full name. now he is doing distance learning and I started working from home, I take my son a few times a week because he honestly can hear the kids play and the music, and with me he was bored at home my son loves it he tells me everything he does from the point that he goes in till he leaves my son is so is very expressive, when he was smaller I had to go inside and grab him because he just wanted to stay with his friends, Miss. Valerie had to give his stickers so he can come with me and stop playing. I love that they will do special events for thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, valentines day my family does not celebrate Halloween ands they are so respectful that they do a fall party instead I appreciate it. I fully trust them they are family to us.

The ladies keep the place immaculate. Very cleanly childcare.

My son is 2 almost turning 3. He's a little rascal and since he's been coming to this daycare his attitude and behavior has changed so much. I love this childcare, it is so clean. My son has been talk manners, structure, and to follow table manners. They do school time and Mrs Val sends us pictures or videos. My son gets along with all his little friends and even though some families don't celebrate certain holidays they are so respectful and try to accommodate and respect everyones beliefs. My son looks forward to coming to what he thinks is his school. He loves this facility, and that says a lot because my son is not shy to express what he doesn't like. I highly recommend this childcare.

We live a few houses away. What has caught our attention several times is the yelling at the little ones. You can hear the attempts to indoctrinate children to Jehovah witness. Search for yourselves, Department of Social Services has been involved--thankfully!
