I am an employee

What I can say is this virus came at such a good time. I was constantly verbally and emotionally abused at the center by all the employees as well as admin. I could not stand up for myself, I was always kind with the kids and the parents and I did my absolute best but it was never enough. If you were looking to work at the center I highly recommend you don’t. Since the center is closed due to the virus I am thankfully now in therapy recovering from the abuse and I do not plan to return once the school reopens so please really reconsider coming to this place.

One of the worst working experiences I have ever had. The teachers here are not educated, they like to push work aside and just sit and look at books. They are huge gossips, they have no problem lying and bullying other teachers. If you are bullied, HR will blame you and day it’s your fault you’re not to likable. The toys here are old, the grounds are worn out and beaten down. It was a very grotesque experience.

Really whoever juged me on my horrible writing needs to take another English class themselves as your commit is not suppose to be singular but rather plural tense. This is a field of human development that means accepting each other's differences and culture. I struggle with writing everyday as I have a disability which affects my brain and the way that I transmit information. I think that you are the one that needs to educate yourself as I have my masters degree and I am a teacher regardless if I can spell or not. The trouble with having a legal diagnosis is that we have to deal with incompetent bafouns such as yourself and the disney corporation that claim that they get it when they continually discriminate against others. Bottom line this center houses a bunch of women with empowerment issues who place themselves on pedistols and need to be knocked down with a reality check. Furthermore, I was writing a review based on an experience not trying to impress people but rather to warn them about the mouse trap and there various cover ups. This review was 100% true and accurate. Just remember they told Einstein that he was to stupid to go school and he is a genius. The journey has been differcult but I am proud to be dyslexic and have the various disabilities that I have because know that I am to special to work for a corporation who are a bunch of discrimitory jerks!

Your comments are valid to a point. The Burbank center is a very cold and negative place. They really need to weed out some of the older employees who don't know anything about child development. Some of these women went to school and left the education they gained at the door. Reading your review was painful. Your english and grammar is horrible. If you want to be a teacher you need to educate yourself first.

worst place to ever work avoid at all cost.  lead teacher jennifer cortrite and classroom staff were allowed to be bullies and verbally tortue me on an hourly basis.  when i talked to the director bernie and assistant director mary dance about the abuse i was told "she would never do that she is the greastest employee ever i have personally worked with her you two need to work on your relationship"  classroom o was allowed to scapgoat on me they are known to do this to alot of people jus tlook at their employee turn over rate.  i even saved a childs life well working at this place and jennifer told me that it never happened and you are just trying to make yourself look better on the job.  when they were firing $e i was told by bernie that i did not have any morals ethics or values and not to say anything about what happened.  well bernie that will never happen i will forever continue to educate people on how you allow follow employees to mistreat the rookies and be abusive to the new ones on the block.
