Brazerol Lucia M (Lucia's Home Day Care)

Our children have been going to Lucy's for over three years and always look forward to days spent with her. She is an exceptionally loving caregiver. We've been so grateful to have her help raising our children. Lucy plays with the children all day long and has a beautiful collection of toys for them to use. She sings with them, teaches them good manners, helps them develop gross and fine motor skills, and introduces colors and counting in two languages. She always provides close supervision and we rest easy knowing that our kids are safe in her care. We are lucky to have found a certified caregiver with such experience and education. But best of all, we know our children are in a place where they are loved.

I found Lucia through a friend that had a child with her for years and spoke very highly of her. I called and set up meeting her. Needless to say that was 2 years ago and both my son and daughter have loved being there. I am due with baby #3 soon and plan on that baby going to her. She is wonderful to my children and they talk about her even on the weekends and days they are not there. I call her a hidden gem and I'm so glad I found her!

I have known Lucy since she moved her. Her home inside and outside is very warm and loving. I have been her back up for the past five or 5 years. Her neighborhood is beautiful and I have not driven by no swamp, what I have seen is like any neighbor hood, I have seen lots of areas where rain has collected or a swamp like some people call it. When Lucy takes the kids out for some fresh air, they are supervised at all times, the children play within the set boundaries of orange plastic kids signs and WOW is Lucy an artist which she brushes off. I have never heard any complaint or complaints from any of the families and their children under her care ever since she opened up about fifteen or 15 years ago. I was able to bring my grand daughter to check out her day are and my grand daughter it right and fell in love with all the toys and the five or 5 kids that are under her care !

Operating in a neighborhood that doesn’t allow “home based businesses”. At the end of a private dead end road with 8 speed bumps and a 15mph speed limit. Nearby community park is a swamp so kids just play in streets and neighbors yards often crawling over rocks and retaining walls (dangerous). Lucia is just fine with the kids being hurt or injured as long as it’s not on her property.
