I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I am a teacher myself and I know what should be done as far as kids go:

I agree, Tania is VERY unprofessional. On a few occasions she has disclosed very personal information to me as well about other families (I didn't know them). I wonder if she shares my business with others as well...Although, my children seem to like it there I don't feel like its a safe environment. See does not write incident reports and sometimes will not bother to find out what happen. We as parents should have the right to know what happen to our child (especially if they cant communicate yet). All she worries about is when she will get her payment. I have two young girls who continuously comes home with marks and bruises and diaper rashes without explanation. I'm contemplating on taking legal action, but for now I am on CCMS and they have to stay placed there for a few more months until further notice. :( If I could give a 0 star. I would.

WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE!

Tania Joyner is VERY unprofessional she will tell your business to every other parent. This family should know! Every time you walk in her day care it smells like dirty diapers . She doesnt fill out incident reports when your child is hurt and no call. Also there is no teacher at all even though she claims there is one. Its not only her mother niece and two daughters that come and go. Originally i was told this is a family daycare but her daughters friends are usually there to "help" dont bother to send your child here .. Its just way too ghetto .. the only good thing about her is if your on CCMS she will hold your card for you so you dont forget it at home .. Which she isnt suppose to do.. Or tell CPS childrens /parents business (especially case sensitive)!!! Never again.. Will my baby attend this daycare !! ps. She picks and chooses who she charges late fees too.
