I toured the facility and spent several hours with them because I am a member of Joy Lutheran. I notice the family feeling among the staff. A few staff members are committed and taking on line math classes through UAF so they can help with homework. The day care does have a community history with many people in Eagle River. A safe place for day care.

Joy CDC, though sponsored by Joy Lutheran Church as an extension of its service ministry to the community, respects all individual religious preferences. Joy CDC also seeks to foster an atmosphere of harmony and mutual respect.
