I absolutely love Ms. Betty. I do not usually write reviews, but I really wanted to provide a counterpoint to the first comment. My 3 year old daughter has gone to Ms. Betty since she was six weeks old. They LOVE one another. One of the things that made me choose Ms. Betty over other providers is that you can tell she LOVES the children she cares for. Now, she is also caring for my six month old son, and she has had him since he was four months old. She is wonderful with the children, cooks them HEALTHY food every day and communicates very well with me about things that are going on with my children. Neither one of my children have had any problems with colds or other illnesses, even though children who go to daycare usually do have issues. I also do not see these problems in the other children she cares for. Whenever there has been a problem (especially with my daughter who has recently been diagnosed with allergies) she calls me or my husband right away. I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

Ms. Betty appeared to be very friendly and caring upon my first impression.  As my grandchild started going, we notice some changes in her care.  There were differences made among some of the kids.  My granddaughter was always wet and diaper needed to be changed.  Her noise was always running, and I don't think they used precaution because she always caught colds.  But the most troubling was my granddaughter did not get feed one day because she said she told her father (which he denied being told) she was out of food.  She only feed her formula.  This is an 9month old who knows she is hungry, but she did not provide any food.  Not exceptable at all.  Even if she was out of food.  She had both grand parents and both parents numbers, she could have called.  Her mom works fairly in close proximity and she did not attempt to call.  I just wanted this issue to be aware of so someone else will not experience the same treatment as my granddaughter.  Thanks,
