Ed and Jeanee should not be allowed to run a facility that involves taking care of children. They have an extremely high turn over rate and are extremely conniving. They do not want you to discuss issues with teachers but only with them. Our son was kicked out because we addressed an issue with an aggressive child in his class. The conversation I had with his teacher was not conveyed to Ed and Jeanee the way I had it, nor did they call me but sent me an email telling us it would be our son's last day with TLC. As parents, we both work full time jobs and live in Baldwin County and as many of you are aware, daycare's having waiting lists in this area. We had to take off work to pick him up the day I received the email because of fear how he was being treated but also more time off to find a new, suitable daycare. The way this situation was handled should tell you enough about the owners. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like more details in this facility. I do not recommend and would leave my job before ever putting my child in this place ever again. Also, they charge not only a $100 registration fee but a $150 "deposit" to secure payment in case you were to leave without notice. No other daycare does this and should be a red flag in the situation you are getting in.
