I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Stay away! KU on H Street has a mouse infestation, and this was just the beginning of our extremely distressing experience. On our infant's first day (January 2, 2019), I noticed a sizable pile of mouse poop on the boppy I was about to place her on. As I looked around the room, there was mouse poop in every corner of the room and on the children's toys. This is a very serious issue since infants are rolling around on the floor and putting EVERYTHING in their mouths! Worse, though, was KU's response. Two days after the incident I called KU, and they still had not had pest control come to treat the inside of the building, though they admitted this wasn't the first time they've seen evidence of mice. On top of the stress of all of this and being without childcare, we are still waiting for KU to fully refund us.
