Amber Ficklin is so untrustworthy and will lie to you directly to your face & all she cares about is the money.She acts like she has it altogether and has your child's best interest at heart. That is also a lie. My child was never cleaned properly in her care, hands always dirty & always soiled. Clothes were always dirty when I picked her up. She just kept humoring me saying she would address the issue. She would avoid me after I kept addressing my concerns about my child, and I called her one day, and she hung up on me. & then sent me a message to not bother her during working hours, she was busy. She told me I had to call first before checking on my child, to not disrupt her schedule. I never felt welcomed by her nor is she the nurturing type. I would pick up my child & she would have her ready outside the classroom bag & all, like she was ready to get rid of her. One day I kept my daughter home because she was sick, she didn't call to check on her, she was calling me as a friendly reminder about tuition, she said.She never listened to what my child's needs were at all.Her staff gave my child food she was allergic too, causing her to have a terrible rash & constant puking. The staff she had especially Danielle, were cold & not friendly. She was so unapproachable & nasty just the like owner, Amber. When I removed my child from the center, Amber met me outside the center with my daughter with her things. She did not give me all her belongings as requested. She kept my child's things that were sentimental to us, as parents. She would tell me I was to overprotective over my child, & that I was to always call first, before I checked on her. I would ask her why, they didn't have an open door policy, and she could never give me a straight answer. I confronted her, and she became irate screaming & hollering.Amber Ficklin is nasty, negligent & unprofessional.She is cold, unapproachable and just downright nasty.She talks down to you like she is better than you.She is a terrible caregiver, owner and provider at Cutie Pies.She never had the best interest of my child in mind.I still bump into her to this day, and she looks at me, like I am the scum of the earth.
