I went to visit her childcare, we chat and tour the place. We had a conversation and verbal agreement that she told me to “let her know that if i want to transfer my kids to other childcare and she will let me know if she cant take care of my kids”, so she can give me time to find another child care.
She told me that her childcare is open everyday 6:30pm.
My kids childcare first day came, i drop them off in the morning and all of a sudden she told me that they close at 5pm on fridays. it was friday when i drop my kids off. I was caught off guard with what she said. She didnt even explain or show me her rules and policy. I wasnt aware of anything at all.
Shes been txting me with exclamation point, saying that my kids didnt go to sleep and eat the whole day, She is very unprofessional when dealing with us. I told her that i will transfer my kids because she didnt tell me that they close at 5pm on fridays and didnt explain me her rules and policy. She got mad and said that she will not accept my kids even for temporary care because its in her policy that she didnt show me and that is not are verbal agreement on the first time we met.
