I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

The management is not professional, the tour was bad and I heard employees talking about not getting bathroom breaks. It has cold air coming in from the baseboards in one of the class rooms. Heard a teacher from the back hollering clear up front. I would not want my child to be screamed at. It was like a zoo in one of the class rooms, I think it was grade 3 classroom. Those kids were cussing, screaming, etc. Now that was the room that I would of liked to of entered and watch how the two teachers dealt with the situation. Totally no control in that room.

We believe that all children in our care should be provided a safe, clean, and healthy environment in which to grow and learn.  We believe children should be exposed to developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate and challenge their physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth.  We believe that by providing such a quality service, parents will feel reassured to pursue their careers with confidence in knowing that their children are well cared for and with minimal interruptions to their daily schedule.

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
