I cannot say enough about Paula. My two sons have been in her care for many years, since my oldest was only 6mo old. We had to change daycare providers shortly after I went back to work and the very first time we met her we knew she was the right fit. She told us he would be her little prince, and to this day they have a special relationship, though he has gone to preschool and now kindergarten. He is 6 now and sometimes comes to visit her when we pick up his brother, who is 3.5 and still in her care, and he is always excited to see her again. I believe that speaks volumes about the quality of care she provides.

The sad reality of being full time working parents is that the person we entrust with the care of our children spends more of their waking hours with them that we get to. Paula is exactly the person I want to raise my kids when I can't be with them. She works with them on skills they will need in school like numbers and letters but she also works with them on soft skills like manners, empathy, and kindness that they need when they go out into the world to be better people.

Paula is like a surrogate grandmother in a lot of ways. She is a great cook and makes homemade meals for the kids all the time. She spoils them with birthday parties and gifts. But she holds them to a standard of behavior and is stern with them as needed if they don't meet that expectation, as I believe she should be. She will discipline with timeouts and coaching to get the best outcome for all the kids in her care, but she never crosses a line. She loves these kids like her own. Bullying is not tolerated, which I appreciate. But she also gives the kids space to work out their differences before she jumps in to intervene, which I feel is important for them to learn how to deal appropriately with resolving conflict.

Paula embraces that this is a partnership and she values her relationship with the parents. She will work with us on whatever is needed to ensure the best care for our kids- sleep training, potty training, early intervention for speech, etc. I nursed both boys and she never had a problem dealing with the pumped milk, she knows how to store it and heat it. She always makes homemade gifts with the kids to send home on Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.

But she holds us to our end of the bargain too, ensuring rules are followed for the safely of all involved. Paula takes her accreditation very seriously and is very mindful of that. Any rules put in place by the state are followed. If anyone has a problem with that, her house is not the place for you.

She is a wonderful woman who we have come to regard as a close family friend and I would recommend her to anyone who wants genuine caring for their children and not just a babysitter. She will love them, she will respect your role as the parent, and respect the little people your kids are. They will leave her care ready to greet the world and make it better

Runs a military like daycare, kids are controlled like soldiers. Closes daycare too much throughout the year and still gets full payment every week very unfair. Save your time and money.

Mrs. Paula is simply amazing! From the moment my daughter began with Paula, she was loved. Meeting Paula for the first time during our tour, I knew this provider was going to be different. You can see her love in her eyes, you can hear it when she speaks about each one of her daycare children, you can feel it from her sincerity in every action she takes. Paula never hesitates to answer all of my questions. We are always able to collaborate our ideas and do what's best for my daughter. Through every tantrum, hitting faze, constipation, sickness, and talks of surgery, nothing has made Paula shy away from being right there to care for my daughter when I need to be at work. We love Paula as we would any member of our family. I trust this woman with my daughter's life and her future. She is just absolutely amazing, to say the least!

I have nothing but good thing's to say about Ana Tavares. She is a wonderful day care provider. To read that someone is saying she is abusive is false. My kid was in her care at just 7 weeks old and is now almost 5. I have never had any issuses with abuse. She is a loving and caring person. She wouldn't put her hands on someone's child. Also, her daycare is immaculate. She is super clean!! Nothing but positive thing's to say about her.

My son has been with Ana Paula for 2 years, wonderful provider and person. Its very reassuring when you find someone who loves and cares for your child as well as she does. I really could go on and on about all the wonderful things she does for ALL of the kids in her care. :)

Ana Paula is both kind and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better child care provider. My daughter has been there for over 18 months and I have the utmost trust and confidence in Ana Paula. My daughter is excited each and every day to see her and the other children.

This is my response for the FALSE Abusive review...I am in this business for 15 years, and I am a mandate reporter of child abuse and and neglect and sadly sometimes I need to protect children against their own family members...I need to be their voice...and I take this very seriously...I have NEVER been accused of hitting any child...but sadly in 15 years of working in this business, I was obligated by sad circumstances to contact the authorities to protect children that was suffering of abuse and/or neglecting...and one way the abusers find to hurt me is to leave a FALSE NEGATIVE REVIEW...THAT IS THE REASON WHY THEY DON'T USE THEIR NAMES...And I welcome any parent to come into my business and talk to any of the many parents I have and had in the past...and you will see the reality of the work and love I put and dedicate to all the families I work with...And for the person that left the FALSE REVIEW OF ABUSE...GOD BLESS YOU...I truly hope you can find peace in your life...Thank you.

Anna Tavares is one of the worst Day cares I have ever been to. She was very abusive towards my daughter. She even left a bruise on my daughters cheek. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO HER !!! . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!
