My daughter has been with this daycare since she was some months. I love the teachers until recently. My child has had three incident within 3 weeks apart. Nobody ever notify me of my child getting bite until I picked my child up from the center. The new assistant director is very unprofessional she always laughing when she telling me about what happen to my child. The center Director Ms.Tan is never there and when she is there she is always clueless of what going on in the center. They employment turn over is very high. They have a new assistant director which was my child teacher Ms.Belisa which they never let the parents know that the old assistant director Ms.Camille is no longer working there which is very unprofessional. I feel like any time any changes take places in a childcare center they should like the parents know. The daycare is felling down hills. They never know what’s going on or what happen . My child had a bruised under her eye , then she got bite the week after that, and got bite again by the same person last week and again nobody ever called me when these things happen I find out when I picked my child up from the faciilty. There are still some good teacher there like Ms.Rankins, Ms.Pam, Ms.Owens they had my child since she was some months. Ms.Camille also was a great teacher she is no longer there. I dont know where things went wrong with the center. It’s like they don’t care any more and it’s all about the money .
I toured this childcare facility and from the front was not a good feeling the playground was not up to par.I was looking to enroll my three yr old and school age son.I toured the classrooms and I saw mold on the air vents ceilings looking as if it about to fall in at anytime.carpet didnt look like has been clean in a while. Teacher ton with the kids was unacceptableThe director seem to be in a rush when she gave me tour. Just a friendly heads up do you're research.
This childcare facility is nasty they have roaches, & rats very bad. They don’t have shoes covers for the infant room at all they allowed to walk on the carpet with their shoes which is nasty. The playground is a danger zone. The front door is always unlocked meaning anyone can enter. The ceiling in the classroom look like it’s about to fell down on the kids. The carpet is very nasty in all classrooms. The tiles is coming up causing kids to have a accident. Please don’t enroll your child here keep looking for a clean daycare without rats and roaches.
This daycare is always over ratio. My one year old is still in the infant room not learning anything. The teachers are unprofessional. They wear their shoes in the infant room with no shoe covers. Babies are everywhere crying. My baby comes home with unexplained stratches bumps and bruises. I also feel that my baby wipes are stollen by the teachers. And to top off my complaint they recently had hand mouth and foot disease in the facility and failed to notify parents until a month later only after i complained about it
