My child was left in the same pull up for over 5 hours. My child IS potty trained but I put on a pull up just in case because they were in a new setting. I then sent my child in regular clothing, when I picked up my child they had been left at nap time with urine soaked pants. Kim had not checked on my child for quite some time. My child had a rash for being left in soiled clothing. I have also seen her allow an infant to sleep on the floor. Kim should probably not be watching children. She had good references but my experience was far from positive, she was neglectful.
