She may be good with the kids, but she was horrible with me.

Our experience started out well but when I first talked to her about something she said that I didn't appreciate, I got to see a side of her I honestly wish I'd never seen. As soon as I brought it up, I could tell that she wasn't listening to me and to my surprise, she even became argumentative. I'm not sure why she responded this way because I was careful to phrase my concern tactfully but regardless, that's what happened. As a result, I felt if I never had any concerns, things were good. But if I did, I'd better either ignore them or be prepared to have my head ripped off!

Even after this experience, I didn't post a review. I probably should have, but posting reviews (especially negative ones) isn't my style.

Months passed by after we didn't use her for daycare anymore. During this time, we had no contact and the time came for her to send me a receipt for payments made in the previous year for tax purposes. I didn't receive it so I reached out to her through email. This is when I heard her become argumentative again and outright refuse to give me a receipt for all payments made in the previous year. She gave me an excuse that wasn't valid and when I called her on it, she continued being argumentative. But she didn't stop there… she proceeded to threaten to sue me for harassment and then told me she effectively commit slander against me.

With that, I decided she did in-fact, deserve an honest review. But more than that, I felt the need to let other parents know what kind of a person she was to deal with. Again, she may be good with kids, but she was horrible with me!
