I am very elated to see Laughs and Giggles Children Academy make a positive mark that can’t be erased, as a very productive learning institute in the Roseland community. The owner, new director and staff are definitely for the children. If you have not visited this location in the last 3 months, please do so. This new director is very transparent, have a drive for families, organized, professional and treats everyone with respect. Her energy is genuine and her passion for children is evident.... my niece and nephew is enrolled there and they love it! Shout out to this facility and the work you do! Roseland, don’t sleep on this childcare center, they are really going to be a game changer. Don’t allow negative feedback fool you. Check it out for yourself and govern yourself accordingly ????
This is by far one of the best children academies in the Roseland area. They provide healthy and nutritious meals and snacks and the teachers really provide opportunities for the children to explore and learn.
This place is terrible they hire anyone off the street to watch your children that's all they do is watch your children they do teach them anything. The teachers are people from the neighborhood who's children or family members attend the daycare the owner or director is never there. I ordered uniform shirts in September that was supposed to be mandatory and it's 4 months later and still no shirts. Your child will have food all over their face and clothes they don't care to clean them up after meals. None of the staff is professional.This place needs to be shut DOWN.The owner has another daycare down the street Joyful steps learning center it has lost its food program the state goes in and there is no food for the kids to eat while there. Slum daycares!!
Laughs and Giggles Childrens Academy has been a blessing to me and my family. I can go to work knowing that my children are well taking care of. I have Three children that has graduated from Laughs and giggles Childrens academy from birth to six years old .
My child has been at this facility for about 30 days and it has been pure HELL!!!! The morning staff is very unwelcoming and not concerned with the well being of the children. On several occasions 3 or more children are crying (including my child) and no one is there to make them feel as if they are in a safe environment. Also, the kids are walking around with dried up snot all over they face, coughing with the instruction to cover they mouth. I get that they are children and covering their mouth is not a thought to them. However, as the educator, it is their responsibility to teach it and say it as many times necessary until it becomes second nature to the child. Overall, as a concerned parent, my child was removed from the facility. I feel as if they're just there to collect a check instead of being the nurturing educators I expect.
