I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child is 3years old, I've notice that the teachers don't assist the kids in using the restroom(wiping themselves), washing there hands, nor cleaning there faces after eating! Nap time the children are put down with there shoes on and is told to put there on bedding up afterwards. I haven't seen any evidence of them doing any learning activities and the teacher is always yelling at the children.
