I have used this provider for more than 6 months

When the old direction Bonnie was in charge I never had any issues with the company as soon as she left without notice one day she was just gone everything went down hill. My daughter attendeded this school for almost 2 years, Ms.Penny is amazing that was her favorite teacher and she was the most caring women both my daughter and I grown to love. A couple incidents led to us leaving the center, #1. Once Ms.Bonnie left about 2 to 3 teachers left as well I never asked any questions new people replaced them. The new teacher ripped and broke my daughters clothing and did not tell me or notify me at all, just threw it in her cubby and said she didn't know how to unbutton the back. Makes no sense when she has worn this outfit to school on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS! I brought it to the new director who was the owner covering until they found a replacement she gave me an attitude and took the garment hand stitched it with white yarn on a blue jean clothing. All I ask for as a parent is that you notify me instead of try to cover it up, it's simple I pay for my daughter to be taken care up. Mind you my daughter is 3 and the teacher kept blaming her for it and my daughter told me in front of the teacher "Mommy I didn't break it I promise my teacher broke it but don't be mad at her". My daughter is young what reason dos she have to lie? She tells the truth. #2. They never helped the kids in cases with them having to use the bathroom, I cannot stress enough how many times so picked up my daughter not in her clothes then when I ask why this keeps occurring the teacher tells me that she looked up and saw that she was wet right before I picked her up. So you mean to tell me she's been sitting in clothes with pee and all you do is change her only when I get there. We're home al weekend and never have this issue these are kids can we please watch them! #3 We let the center know her last day and that we were moving, she has her last picture day and the I over paid by a week because we moved my daughter a week prior to have a safe move without my daughter missing her new school. Heather the owned said she would send them to me because I over paid would cost $5 or less if that to send. Needless to say we moved in a May and its August and they still have yet to send them, I have called numerous times spoken with so many people in that building just to end up right back where I started. Here. Sandra who they had taking over before we left I spoke with numerous times and she took my number and new address and told me they were there and STILL NOTHING! It's frustrating because I bought enough for the grandparents this time spending over $60 for pictures I never received. Don't lie to a loyal parent who trusted your company to watch there child for 2 years! I wrote them on Facebook about the pictures they blocked me, how rude when I'm a parent just looking for pictures! Pictures I paid for what on earth else could you be doing with them? It's frustrating to think I trusted them with my daughter and this is how they repay me. And don't get me started on breakfast, a measuring cup scoop of cereal and sometimes a HALF OF HASHBROWN with cheese slapped on top. Why is daycare so expensive when you serve kids food like that? I moved 3 hours away and I want to receive my daughters pictures if I have to hand pick them up after all this time the gas is the price of the ticket anyways. Please beware of this company if they weren't so close to my house I would have NEVER SENT HER THERE! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THEM AND THERE STAFF! I hope everyone has better luck
