Storytime Daycare Center, LLC

I have used this daycare for almost 3 years, and we love it. My baby loves going and hates leaving. Every single teacher we have had has been awesome, my child absolutely loves everyone there.They have all sorts of activities for the children like the ice cream truck coming, a tumble bus that comes, also they let kids play in a blow up jumper, always keeping the kids busy. My child also takes dance there w very Tuesday which helps me big time. This daycare is like our family. I'm not very sure where this other comment came from cause is so not true at all!!!

My child attended this daycare for nearly 9 months. In the time that she was there, I witnessed adults screaming at children to shut-up, young children watching movies all day long, playing video games. I never once saw any type of "learning activity" going on. They closed for a holiday and didn't notify any parents that they were going to be closed until a few days beforehand. When I voiced my displeasure to the owner, she told me to find another daycare. Shortly after, I notified the owner that I was leaving for another daycare and giving her a two week notice. The contract/agreement when you sign up states that you have to give two weeks notice. The next day the owner called and told me I had to find another daycare for my child immediately. If I didn't have my child out by the next business day she was going to raise my tuiton. I made arrangements for my child to start the other daycare asap. When I picked my child up that evening, I asked the owner/operator for a letter stating that I was leaving before my two week notice was done and that the owner was aware and approved of that. I didn't want her to try to claim that I left without notice and owe her tuiton for the rest of time on the contract that I signed. The owner refused to type that letter and then proceeded to call me profane names and swear at me. Inside the daycare, in front of the children, while I was holding my child. I will NEVER, EVER recommend this facility to anyone.
