Miss Dawn’s Day Care is a licensed, warm, and HAPPY family home based Daycare where children of all ages feel special and loved for who they are. The Daycare feels very much like a large family. Each day is filled with fun, friends and learning.............. Finding the talents and strengths of each individual child and encouraging expanding them is one of my goals. I LOVE to watch each child and see the amazing abilities that emerge. I have many materials and ideas to further develop these talents and abilities...... I also enjoy developing the love of reading. I spend quality time with the children, individually and as a group. I find a book to read and travel to far off places in the imagination. :) The Enoch Book Mobile even stops at our Daycare home!!!. ................. I foster an interest in the world around us. We garden in the spring, play water games in the summer, jump in autumns leaves in the fall and make snowmen and snow cones in the winter. .......... Parents are extremely important in quality day care and I want to keep an open positive relationship with all parents. Parents and I have a Orientation meeting together and parents have the opportunity to talk and take the parent handbook home to read and keep for themselves. Come and visit with us and we can talk about having your children stay for a couple of hours at no charge to see how they like it. .......... I have run a Day Care for many years and still love it!
