It was fine for few months until we brought up hygiene issues/ body scratches to the owner's attention. Instead of apologizing and trying to solve the issues, the owner Kori presented herself with psychotic episodes of screaming, weeping, banging tables and throwing pens. She completely lacks professionalism, has no respect for customers (parents) and has no clue about problem solving. She devalues the customers and says "she has bigger fish to fry". What kinda of business owner behaves this way with their paying customers? Ms. Roberta (teacher) started rolling her eyes and screaming defensively when alerted about the situation. I did not feel safe for my daughter amongst these neurotic behaviors and changed her school the next day. If parents are treated like this, how would they treat the kids when parents are not around? This is my 1st ever review about a business. Since my kid's safety and health was involved, I decided to write one to alert everyone
