Miracles From Above

Very unreliable childcare, rude customer service, unprofessional conduct and unsanitary conditions. I will leave the operator unnamed but If I knew what I know now, I would avoid this woman! She closes randomly during the work week and expects payment even though she's unavailable. This happened several times and made us have to take off work unexpectedly. We are a mil to mil couple and this daycare made things tough for our kids and schedule. She's supposed to be open 0630-1800 but that's not how she operates. Sometimes she randomly closes around 1400 and expects us to scramble out of work to get our kids. One day she even rudely turned away our 4 yr old saying she didn't have a way to take her to school because of her personal business! We eventually pulled our child out after a very confrontational discussion with her mother who was not even a license daycare provider! We left her business very unsatisfied and felt cheated.
