The location is nice. Its clean and is designed for children to thrive in the environment. However, the staff are older women and every time I would go to pick up my child they would just be sitting around. It seemed as though they were more so "babysitting" than teaching the toddler's. The director is very phony & FAKE. She appears to be nice and seems as if she wants to help you, but she doesn't. When my child first started there, she would ask for my payment (daycare pymt) as soon as I would drop my child off at the beginning of the week. A few months later, I ended up having a disagreement w/ Fatima (the owner). She was very nasty & rude and said that she didn't want my child to attend her daycare anymore. I was really taken back & surprised of how she acted. She wasn't professional AT ALL. Her prices are overrated! And she is all about her MONEY. Trust me, she didn't show any genuine compassion about caring for the children at that daycare. She only cares about her "PAYMENT". Do yourself a favor and find a daycare center who truly cares.
