I would give a negative if I was allowed to. I called expecting the opportunity to use their services that are advertised and spoke to them only briefly to be turned away. First they do not offer emergency services... So don't expect any help there if your babysitter suddenly can't watch your kids. Also if you need 24 hr daycare because you work nights.. They'll just tell you that's from their old website. Wow. Then having the Director in a condescending voice tell me "thank you for calling".. Don't bother. Even if they're actually great with your children, you actually have to speak to the faculty and that was a complete waste of time.
An incredible value for the dollars spent!!! I am an educator in Scott County Schools, and 3 of my 4 children have attended Georgetown Child Development Centers (we lived out-of-state when the first was born, so he did not). I am 100% confident that my children are safe, well-cared for, happy, and learning at GCDC. The staff are incredibly personable, and give individual attention to all children and families. Our children are learning to follow directions and routines, develop independent skills appropriate for their ages, interact appropriately with peers, and become socially responsible. As my children have approached kindergarten age, each of them have had the readiness skills to succeed, thanks to GCDC!
