AWESOME!!! I have been with TiDorre's Academy for a little over an year now! Wonderful spirit and it was my daughters first time out the house hold ever, we were so nervous, but she was a life saver and she enjoys going to school daily. Very organized and runs a tight ship! She is definitely a Jewel in how she manages our tiny treasures. Thanks for what you continue to do~~~
I completely dissagree. This childcare has been the best for our family. my child has been attending here since she was an infant and she is now 3.I am very picky about who i leave my child with and was very comfortable with my child being here. the director has done a great job with caring for my child and her staff is great as well. Contrary to what this negative comment is saying i have never had any reason to feel that my child was in any harm. This facility is always clean and the children are organized.. My child has been here almost four years and is doing great! Parents please dont base your decision to give TiDorre's Academy a try based on one negative review. For a home based childcare its one of the best, you will not be dissappointed!!!
This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. The first incident took place a few weeks after my daughter started and I should have took her out then... I arrived at the home earlier than usual and found the "director" (and I use that loosely) standing outside the home across the street alone - she is the only caregiver so all the kids (about 5) were inside alone including my 1yr old and two 10 month old babies. When I addressed tbis issue she said "lets not make this a point of concern" and said she was waiting for her kids to get off the bus and that she normally stands on the porch. Anything can happen I seconds less loan the amount of time she spent away from the house. The next issue happened about a month later. I again arrived early and rung the doorbell but the yelling inside was so loud (her yelling) that she didnt hear it. I sat there listening and after a few minutes rung it again and her son said someone is at the door and then there was complete silence. I started looking at other daycares that day. About a week later the same thing happened and my husband and I decided we needed to change her so we wrote a letter giving 2 weeks notice. Later that evening this lady Facebooked me saying "she wished I discussed moving Kindi with her before doing so. I responded saying that it was a decision to be made between my husband and I, not anyone else and that we gave the required 2 week notice. I even went a step further saying I understand that it means a reduction in pay that's why we made sure to give the 2 weeks. The next messages were full of attitude and were so uncalled for - two days later we received a notice saying our daughters last day would be that Friday instead of the following Friday. Since this lady's attitude was so bad when dropping off and picking up our daughter we had already decided to switch her the following week but we still found her so unprofessional in how she decided to handle things. I would never recommend her to care for any child.
