Little Sprouts - Haverhill West

I had 2 children at this Little Sprouts facility. The quality of childcare was horrible. My son was bullied by a classmate and the bullying was allowed to continue despite my repeated efforts to have either my son or the other child moved to a different classroom. Also, my son's diaper was not changed all day several times. We know that his diaper was not changed all day because we marked his diaper in the morning and he came home with the same diaper 8 hours later. This is completely inexcusable. Not only that, but after we removed our kids from this facility, my son said that his teacher had pulled his hair when he complained about the other boy hitting him. When I confronted the administrators, they just denied that it could have happened. It is so hard because little children at this young age cannot communicate very well, so as a parent, you need to know your children are safe. If you are looking for childcare, I strongly recommend you NOT send your children to this facility. Find somewhere smaller where kids are valued. Little Sprouts is a factory farm for children.
