Gods Creation Christian Preschool

My son goes to God's Creation's Christian Daycare and Preschool and he absolutely loves it there, and am am extremely happy about it as well. From the very first time we met Toni and her wonderful staff they all made us feel very comfortable. It is very clean and everyone is very attentive and loving with all of the children. In the short time my son has been attending, I have noticed great progress in many areas, Such as learning and development to communication and social skills to just basic interaction with other kids. I would highly recommend God's Creation's to anyone looking for a very safe, clean, well established and structured daycare/ preschool.

I was not going to dignify the previous review with a response, however, because it has been on this site for the past 3 years, I feel it necessary to do so. According to the guidelines posted, this should not have been posted as it IS obviously a personal attack on my character. So, my response is as follows:

I worked VERY hard with this parent regarding her children and her personal living situation and finances. Her account was not kept current the entire time that her children attended. I never charged her a single late fee. At the end of the time her children were with our center, you guessed it! SHE LEFT OUR CENTER WITH NO NOTICE AND SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS OWED!

As for the rest, I think my 18 years in business speaks for itself. I think her first mistake is thinking that a "Godly" woman means to be a doormat to wipe your feet on and a free hand out every time it is asked of you.

I have had my children in this center for close to 2 1/2 years. I have loved every teacher that they had. They are the ones who BBC personally have been there for my children and I no matter what. The director on the other hand has done nothing but treat me like a blind woman since day one. She has lied to me. Has charged iccp on my behalf without actually caring for ny children. (Charged when they have not even been there.) Written me letters saying that I am this and that. Yet I tried to be the mature one. I tried to work through things that atthe end of the day I was not wanting to go to the facilities to get my children. I did not want another rude letter from her. My children have came home upset by thibgs overheard. Or the ways they were treated. She needs help in what actual customer service is. She has been so unprofessional in her ways its a surprise to me that she is still even open. I hope that this "christian" woman finds god jn her life andb gets the help she needs. Because she is nowhere near the godly woman I thought.
