Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) I have written a plan identifying the means of transporting a child to emergency care and the emergency person's name address and phone number. The emergency person will remain with the remaining children until their parents arrive for pick up or until I return. The written plan has been sent to my inspector. I will conspicuously post this written plan which identifies the means of transporting a child to emergency care and the facility care and the staffing provision in the event of an emergency. This plan will accompany staff person who leaves the facility on an excursion. |
