To make a long story short my 2 year old son was called a taliban from his teacher. when confronted the teacher and director said it was a spanish word for cute. This was the most direspectful facility I have ever seen. Rude disrespectful and a nightmare to a mother when leaving a baby in those peoples heartless hands for 8 hours a day. if i could i would have this place shut down they deserve no stars the deserve to feel the same pain they caused a mother witnessing her child be called a name infront of her face and was told it means cute!! I will continue to complain because this will never leave my heart.
I am a mother of twins and I know that trying to find an excellent daycare center for our little ones, could be a very challenging responsibility, since there are a lot of factors that we as parents have to take into consideration in order to make an educated decision. Factors such as: safety, child-teacher ratio, location, cost, etc... But in spite of all of these, I personally feel that also finding the right environment for our children is equally as important. As a parent, I look for a daycare that is welcoming, warm and family oriented. A place where I know that my children will be safe & supported. After all, the word "daycare" implies "care" as a whole. And so after a long, tedious search for the best daycare option for my children, I felt Young Minds Learning Center to be the most inclusive of all of these aspects. All these characteristics, are exactly what you will experience as soon as you step foot at the Young Minds Learning Center; everyone from parents to administrators and teachers are involved in the day to day daily activities, in order to help our young children thrive academically, socially and physically. Here, you and your children will create beautiful memories and relationships as a family and that is what makes Young Minds Learning Center stand out from the rest! The owner, Ms. Tita, very well known and respected by all parents and staff members, she makes sure all families are served with the greatest level of comfort and care that you will immediately feel you have found the right daycare! Young Minds is a wonderful place to work. I have been there over 20 years, I couldn't see myself anywhere else. We are a family!!
