Kids were great, staff is mostly young and passionate about what they do. Branch Line teachers were polite to us as long as we kept the classroom clean. YMCA Management openly picked favorites when I worked there. You also won't be getting a raise unless you move up, so if you aren't on the nice list, expect to stay entry-level.
