| Findings: Discipline & Behavior Concerns. There were concerns that the director of this facility had struck a child in the face and physically restrained after the child bit her. During the investigation, law enforcement determined that the child was struck in the face and restrained resulting in marks on the child from the incident. Resolution: Further charges were submitted to the prosecuting attorney and there is no known outcome at this time. This provider has worked with IdahoSTARS to update behavior and discipline guidelines in their staff handbook. | |||
