Whoever was on staff on thursday, 3/21/2013 during 11:08 was VERY rude. She has no phone etiquette at all. And if I were a parent and she hung up on me the way she did, I would AUTOMATICALLY remove my child from your daycare. So save me the trouble of telling me there's no way of finding out who she was because I just gave you the specific time and day/ date, so there shouldnt be any trouble there. There is no room for a rude unpatient person to be working with children! And another thing I got the phone number of your website, not a calling list! Wow you should really consider re- training your staff! UNBELIEVABLE!
