The WorldKids Montessori curriculum introduces our young students to culture through music, dance, food, language and dress, children expand their knowledge and understanding of the world.
Our curriculum introduces children to an excellent preschool curriculum that prepares them for the upcoming school years and immerses all students into Mandarin Chinese & Spanish! New cultures and traditions are explored monthly!
WorldKids students are learning new things every day by having fun and exploring the world by using their senses! Our young World citizens are developing their social, emotional, physical and cognitive foundations they need to succeed in their elementary school years- and throughout their lives!
At WorldKids-School we strongly believe in the approach of teaching in an "Immersion" learning environment! Students are immersed into Mandarin and Spanish! Enrolling your child in an immersion preschool or daycares can be more advantageous to your child's foreign language development than a program that offers a foreign language as a subject.
Children in total immersion programs work toward total fluency in the foreign language. They are more likely to "think" and function naturally in the language. "Normally, they are able to achieve an extremely high level of overall competency.
Full immersion is less confusing than a translation-based curriculum, which is more appropriate for the adult learner. In addition, in a full foreign language immersion program, children have an opportunity to pro-actively use and rehearse foreign language in a challenging, intimate, emotionally supportive environment that stimulates all their senses.
The WorldKids culture is devoted to helping each child grow toward independence by building confidence, competence, self-esteem and respect for others. More than an approach to education, we use a Montessori approach to life.
WorldKids classrooms follow the Montessori multi-age mix class-room philosophy and encourage children to learn from each other and take on different roles while they grow within their group.
