When I first stepped into this place I was horrified. All the children were together, even the babies.
They do not have classrooms, so they divide the "classes" with storage shelves, so they can get distracted very easily with others children of different ages. This is just bad because all the kids are together in one room and the illnesses spread faster, not to mention that the temperature in the room is about 80F, and hot environment bacteria grows easily.
In conclusion, horrible place, DO NOT bring your child in. Worst decision ever.
I enrolled my son in March of 2015. He is 3 years old, At the beginning he would cry when i would drop him off but i thought it was normal all kids cry when it is their first experience but when 5 months passed by and my son would still cry from the moment i would pull up i knew there was something wrong. I also noticed my son started Biting his nails constantly when he was nervous. He just wasnt the same he was not as happy anymore. I had a few friends that have there kids there and so they kept telling me that it was fine that it was normal that he would get used to it ans that is why i waited for so long but i just knew from the bottom of my heart that 5 months was not normal. I can say that The director as well as the owner are very good people that do care about the kids but to be honest the problem are the teachers. I noticed so many times that those teachers were very mean to the kids, they would scream at them , and just treat them bad.the infants as well, the teacher also looked mad and just frustrated. I would never leave my infant in this place well now not even my older son. They were also very strict. When i would drop off my son his teacher would not greet him with a smile or didnt seem happy at all. It is like they domt like their job so why are they there? My son would be sitting at the desk quiet he woukd seem so sad. Not to mention my son is very calm and very well behaved so his behavior is not an issue at all. Inthink that if they get rid off all those teachers and actually hire teachers that love kids and care for them then it would be great . In short i took my son out and put him in another pre school, he has been there for a month now and he loves it! Every morning he is excited to go to school he doesnt cry anymore his teachers are welcoming and just happy. Please listen to your instincts.
My 3 yr old child attended this school from January to September 2012. It was a horrible experience. During the course of his attendance he was ill many times and had doctor and hospital visits more than 15 times, with ear infections, throat infections, fevers, pink eye on several occasion and even obtained Pnemonia. I thought that there was something wrong with him until I began asking other parents and was horrified to hear that they too had noticed their child unusally sick all the time with three parents confirming that their child too developed Pneomonia. At one point the director told me to bring my son in even though he was sick and said that they would give him the medication. It turns out that they do not send the sick children home, so the other children are continuously getting sick. I became vocal about my experience and my discussion with other parents to see if they would rectify and do something about the environment. Instead the director became Irrate and asked me to remove my son and I did. I am sending this warning out to other parents. I have 4 children. Ive been there done that. I know that typically they all get sick in the beginning. However, when you have a healthy child; and you bring them in well, they get sick, you cure them, keep them home and then take them in to realize two days later that your child is sick again with yet another bacteria or infection, there is something wrong at this place. I spoke with many parents and I was horrified that other kids of all age groups had been suffering the same way my son was. I knew then, that it is definately the school. The ladies are very nice, but this has nothing to do with nicesness. Its about keeping our children safe and healthy in a learning environment.
