Unfortunately, Pastor Larry White is not a leader nor have the (6) six people (employees of Woodland Heights Baptist Church and Woodland Heights Christian Preschool) I put on the email acted as a Christian at all. We have a serious situation with the preschool and my family and I have reached out in person and via email and got "blocked" by Pastor Larry White and never received a response after several attempts. If there is an "incident" at preschool their handbook states the parents will be called in for a meeting and given a detailed report. This was not done in our situation. The only incident reports were not against the child. The Director called on her cellphone while not on the premises and kicked a 4 year old out of school. The child was only enrolled for 3 weeks and we also have a text from the teacher stating how well he was doing. We have pleaded for a week for the "report" to no avail. Mr. Greg Childress did reply- ordering me in two different emails as to how we wouldn't discuss this on email. If you did nothing wrong you shouldn't mind correspondence in writing. Especially, the report their handbook says you will receive. I've done research and see that they can dismiss a child and think they do not have to follow the rules they created but they have had at least (3) three instances where they have not background checked employees that are working with the children. The teacher also uses her cellphone in class, which is against guidelines and clearly takes her attention away from the children. The child was made to throw his lunch away and laydown, which associated punishment with rest, which is against guidelines too. All we wanted was answer and now we will have to spend more money to obtain those answers. If you would like to defend these actions, please let me provide you with the emails and details before you do so.
