Conway ABC is a quality accredited preschool program for four year old students preparing to enter CPSD kindergarten. The school is funded through the Arkansas Better Chance for School Success grant program on a year to year basis. It has currently have nine classrooms at the Sallie Cone Preschool Center. The school follow the CPSD calendar. At Conway ABC, the Scholastic Early Childhood Curriculum and Creative Curriculum are used for academic guidance in following the pre-kindergarten frameworks as set by the state of Arkansas. The school encourages learning through exploration and provide a variety of learning centers and instructional materials to offer a vast array of opportunities for cognitive, physical and socio-emotional growth and development. At Conway ABC Preschool, our mission is to provide a developmentally appropriate research based early childhood education in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment, led by highly qualified professionals who work cooperatively with parents and the community to enhance future generations. Conway ABC Preschool Program recognizes that parents are their child's first teacher. The school strongly encourages and supports parental involvement in the classroom.
