Wichita Friends School (WFS) is a private Quaker school located in Wichita, Kansas that serves students 3 years of age through 3rd grade. Our students come from all faith traditions, or no faith.
The rich history of Quaker education provides a nurturing atmosphere wherein children learn the values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality and stewardship (SPICES) rooted in a rich academic environment. Students consistently score above national averages and leave our school well-equipped to succeed in their next level of education. Small class sizes, individualized education, and an emphasis on the SPICES make Wichita Friends School a unique community for learning.
Through daily devotionals, weekly worship time, Biblical teaching, and uplifting music, your child will come to know God’s love and find joy in all of His creation.
Families who are interested in WFS are encouraged to schedule a school tour. Observing a class, meeting faculty and staff, and seeing the facility are the best ways to see what it would be like to be part of the WFS community.
