Plan: Director will put two signs on the gate fire exit only. A message was sent to all parents to not use the gate in the playground. Playground safety checklist that the teachers have to do each day morning and afternoon while outside playing and will be turned into the director at the end of date. The teachers sign, date, with their outdoor times. The outside playtimes changed, or each classroom has a separate times. Copy of schedule was emailed to Child Care Services. The teachers will do head count at the classroom door, head count by the outside door and head count back into the building and head count into the classroom. The teachers use a clipboard with their children's names listed. Teachers were put on 30 day probation, and if they violation of program policy and handbook the teacher will be terminated. The program is having an Outdoor safety training on 01/27/2026. Also contact R & R for Child Care Emergency procedure training. |
