7:30-8:30am - Arrival and Free Play - Smooth transition - drop off, calm welcome routine, open play with books, blocks, sensory bins, playroom toys. 8:30-9:00am - Breakfast - sit-down meal, encourage and assist self-feeding, infants fed on individual schedules. 9:00-9:30am - Clean up, Bathroom, Diapering - handwashing routine, diaper changes, potty attempts. 9:30-10:00am - Flexible Circle Time - songs, days of the week, weather, emotions, check ins. Tummy time and floor exploration for infants. 10:00am-10:45am - Structured Activity and Learning Play - Daily rotation of art (crayons, crafts), sensory (kinetic sand, play doh, water play), STEM (sorting, pouring, stacking). 10:45am-11:00am - Snack - fruit, crackers, cheese, water, etc. 11:00am-11:45am - Outdoor play / Gross motor time - play on the deck with sand/water tables, stroller walks, bubbles, supervised yard play with outdoor toys. 11:45am-12:30pm - Lunch - Sit down meal, encourage self-feeding, encourage trying new foods. Clean up and bathroom breaks after. 12:30-2:30pm - Nap / Quiet rest time - Consistent nap routine, white noise and blackout curtains, quiet books and puzzles for those who don't nap. 2:30-3:00pm - Wake-up and snack - Gentle transition from nap, snack and hydration, diapering and bathroom break. 3:00pm-4:00pm - Free play - playroom toy choice, group or independent. Tummy time and floor exploration for infants. 4:00pm-4:30pm - Chance for additional outdoor exploration (weather permitting) or art project time. 4:30pm-5:00pm - Calm play (books, puzzles), parent pickup conversations, clean up together. Infants will be fed on demand or on individual schedules. Sleep for infants will follow sleep cues and wake windows. Infants will have multiple opportunities for floor play and tummy time throughout the day. Infants will be in the same environment as older children, but follow their own individualized rhythm. Clean up, bathroom, and diapering as needed throughout the day. Meals and routines support independence, social interaction, and early learning.
