The owner cares about "status" and her favorite parents can ignore the rules but other parents have to follow the rules. She doesn't care about the children and is rarely present at the daycare during the day. She put cameras in the daycare so she didn't have to be there. I have seen her shout at a child and she got verbally abuse to her staff right in front of me. The staff turnaround is frequent. The only good thing is that the daycare is quite clean and my son liked his teacher.
