Issues & Concerns:
1.Since the very first week that my twins started, one of my girls became sick with a FLU that eventually was so serious it spread to all of us and we all ended up at the Hospital trying to get this treated & under control. Even until today one of my twins still has congestion. I also sent in with my twins to their Summer Program a Big bottle of Green Hand Sanitizer & asked the teacher to please let my twins & any child to use this throughout the day. I asked my twins everyday, did you use your Green hand wash today? and my twins would always would say NO!
2.Reason:Everyday I picked them up they would state I am so thirsty, I would tell & remind them every day that if they are thirsty to ask their teacher for some water & to let someone know that they are thirsty, "though every day they would continue to tell me they were so thirsty"!!
3.Reason:Everyday when I picked my Twin 5yr. old girls up I would ask them what you did today & they would never remember anything educational, as there numbers or ABC'S, or even learning about GOD, as parents we all know that when pick our children up from a daycare or any program you ask Questions, the only thing they would say that they remember was going to play outside on the playground & the one day a week they went on the BIG Yellow bus to the Library as my twins would say!!
Though my thoughts were they are starting Kindergarten in a few weeks so I wanted to keep them stable in one place.
4.Reason: I went to drop my twins off this morning,(now keep in mind they have 7 days left of this Summer Program)and today was a special day for my girls they were going to swim at a water place,I went to clock them in and the TIME CLOCK SAID (9:02)then I opened the door & one of there teachers put her hand up & stated sorry your late they cannot come in,I was immediately concerned & apologized & stated, Oh my, Is there a penalty that I can pay or something because my twins were really looking forward to this very much; then the teacher stated "you have to ask her", which was the Director,& the Director stated Sorry you signed the Contract that stated,"Be here by 9am."; at this point I was getting upset because one reason my 5yr. old twins were standing there this whole time, & realizing that this CHURCH Summer Program that I pay (240.00 a WEEK) that is almost a (1,000.00)a month was really telling me that SORRY you signed the contract for 9am.(2 minutes are you serious!!!)I explained to the Director that when I pulled up this morning there was no were to park, and I was not sure why there was so much vehicles and golf carts out front this morning, also when I was getting my twins out one of them had mucus running out of her noes so I had to get in my trunk and get the box of tissues out to blow her noes(& this is not easy because my little one does not like her noes to be wiped)this I guess took a couple of minutes though this became the Icing on the Cake;
I will be speaking with the Pastor & his Wife about these Issues,this is ridiculous,we are talking two minutes,there could be a penalty or anything though you shouldn't turn two little children away like that,especially when you are represented by a CHURCH, how embarrassing today was and I feel so bad for my children!!!
"I am done" they will not be back!!
