My 4 year old twin boys attended this daycare for 5 months from April 2014-September 2014. At the end of August my son had a bruised chin, busted lip, and had bit halfway through his tongue. I never received a phone call, a letter in his backpack or an incident report until I asked for one which I received the following evening stating my son had "fell" off a bounce house on the playground. On September 16th the same son had unexplained red and purple bruises on both of his arms. I inquired about the bruises with the Director of the Daycare Vanessa and she said rudely told me she doesn't know how he received those bruises. I did not allow my sons to go to her daycare that day. Less then 12 hours later the Director Vanessa called me and left a voicemail on my cell phone and said that "kids get bumps and bruises and since you do not feel comfortable with having your children here, I suggest you find them another daycare". I am active duty military and my children have been in daycare for majority of their life. I would not recommend you to take your child to this facility. With the Director releasing my children from her daycare without further investigating the incident reassures me that she is guilty of knowing exactly what happened to my son. I have opened a case with the Department of Social Services to further investigate this facility for child neglect.
