Description: Education begins at home with parents, who have the natural and inalienable right and duty to make decisions regarding the care, nurturing, and education of their children. By extension, when a child’s biological parents cannot provide for their child, these principles, rights, and duties belong to guardians and various agencies of the state. Providing childcare fits within these philosophical principles of the Valley School District.
The mission of the Valley Early Learning Center is to provide family-friendly childcare for our community that is responsive to parents’ needs and the choices they make for their children.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
