Definitely don’t recommend this place if your child is non verbal. We went through so many traumatic things the last year my brother was here. Lots of accidents, lots of lies from the school and ZERO help to make us feel like he was safe. There were two terrible incidents and we caught “manager” and i say “manager” because she is so rude and disrespectful when you start asking questions and demanding the truth, in so many lies. I’ve heard really unprofessional things from former employees about this woman as well and i just don’t understand how she is still in power there. Program did go under investigation and all i can say is be careful and ask or look for the school citations. I was told they were cited for some things and i think every parents should know what this facility has been cited for. Also if you ever need surveillance evidence, push for it with higher authority because facility will not let you view it and push for it before 72 hours before they delete it like they did with us. The last incident with my brother was so traumatizing for us that it’s hard to even trust any facility again. We know he had a seizure under their care and they refused to tell us and covered up with he hit his head, but “kept an eye on him” and when he gets home there’s a huge ball behind his head and he is so out of it. Crazy that place is actually running and they make it seem so professional. If your child is non verbal pay attention and keep photos and records of EVERYTHING.
