My son attended for a total of 5 days. I won’t go into the fact that the cost of tuition didn’t even cover meals.. red flag #1 was that they send home sheets every day saying when he ate, how he ate, when they changed him etc.. on day 2 AND 3 they said he ate “very good,” except I packed his lunches and not a single thing was eaten for 2 days.. that means my son went almost 6+ hours without eating while there? What bothered me more was that instead of being honest about how he ate on those sheets, they put he ate so well nor did they contact me to let me know.. when I picked him up, he was fussy, crying and STARVING. If they were willing to lie about eating, what else could they have? red flag #2, on day 4 I receive a call saying that my son got pushed by another child, and fell back and hit his head.. I received a picture of the “scratch,” and I immediately went to pick him up. Later that night, this “scratch” turned into a full welt on his head, which also made no sense to me because if he “fell back” why there was welt on the front TOP of his head? The next day when I asked to speak with the teachers that were there during the incident, the staff made no one available to me and laughed the incident off. That was his last day there. My child had been in daycare for over a year prior to this school and had never come home with a welt on his head, this school advertises more teachers to child ratio but seemed that no one was watching them when this occurred? They then proceeded to harass me, called another child’s mom that I know, for a months worth of tuition because I didn’t give them a “2 weeks notice” that he wasn’t returning to the school, he went there less than a week! I would not recommend this school to any parent.
