This was my daughter first time in Daycare at 2y 4m. Horrible experience for the both of us. Center is not parent friendly at all, I understand due to Covid there are precautions in place. But I should be allowed in with a mask to pick up my child, rather than standing outside for someone to bring her out. My child had 2 incident in less than a month where she hit her head. First incident caused a gash on her forehead apparently she tripped over a stroller while helping to clean up. Second incident she tripped over her shoe laces coming from the restroom. Trauma to her head in almost the same exact spot. Safe to say she didn’t go back after that. Obviously there was no supervision. She started February 2022 ended May 2022.
